Pratt students’ Design for a Dollar show at the ICFF

This alien-looking light fixture is one of our favorite pieces from the Pratt Institute in New York’s ‘Design for a Dollar’ show at the IFCC. Like all the pieces in the show, it was made of materials that cost less than a dollar to obtain -- in this case, old egg cartons. (The designer, an undergrad, already has an internship with Jonathan Adler lined up.)
