‘CNN Heroes’ trotted out to Los Angeles for its fifth year honoring everyday people changing one another and the world — hosted once again by network star Anderson Cooper.

At L.A.’s Shrine Auditorum, heroes were saluted by celeb fans like Sofia Vergara, Emma Roberts, Chris Colfer, Chaka Khan and ‘Dancing With the Stars’ champ JR Martinez.

Christy Turlington-Burns was a big crowd pleaser in a peach Calvin Klein dress, introducing the woman who would be named CNN’s Hero of the Year, Robin Lim — a midwife who organized a free women’s clinic in Bali based on compassionate care.

Ice Cube came to support the efforts of Chicago-based Diane Latiker, who runs Kids Off The Block — a housing initiative to pull kids from gangs.

Jerry Seinfeld, who noted how well Cooper’s tie complimented his eyes, came to toast chef Bruno Serato, who makes well-balanced meals for Orange County kids that live in motels — conditions associated with prostitution, poverty and drug dealing.

Miley Cyrus and Kid Rock served as performers for the evening, singing ‘The Climb’ and ‘Care,’ respectively.
