Prince Frederic von Anhalt is on the mend after being hit by a car Friday in Beverly Hills. Zsa Zsa Gabor’s husband had to be hospitalized and treated for cuts to his hip and hands, and doctors tried to determine if his leg was broken.

The socialite was on his way to a bank near Camden Drive and Brighton Way when a car allegedly drove up from an underground parking garage and hit him.

TMZ reported that the 68-year-old may have been jaywalking, but Reuters stated that Beverly Hills police arrested the driver. Von Anhalt’s spokesman told Reuters he doesn’t want to press charges and ‘just wants to go home and be with his wife.”

The accident comes just weeks after Gabor and Von Anhalt celebrated their 25-year anniversary with a house party in Los Angeles, as reported in L.A. Now. Von Anhalt also invited all of L.A. to toast the couple on a billboard on Sunset Boulevard that read, ‘Prince Frederic & Princess Zsa Zsa: 25 years and counting. August 14th -- please celebrate with us.’ Of her nine marriages, this one has been Gabor’s longest.

Gabor, 94, has suffered major health problems stemming from a broken hip and was forced to have part of her leg amputated in January.
