Sorry, Robert Pattinson fans. You won’t have any concert tickets to battle for, album posters to weep over or iTunes singles to push up the charts. The ‘Twilight’ saga star is not recording an album.

A Tuesday report said Pattinson was ‘kicking a few original songs around for a long time, but his schedule didn’t allow it.’

The onscreen vampire previously recorded singles, including ‘Let Me Sign’ for the soundtrack of the first ‘Twilight ‘ film.

‘Now he’s got some weeks to get everything in line before going back to promoting ‘Breaking Dawn,’ ‘ Us magazine proposed. A rep for Pattinson disagreed.

‘The report is untrue. He is not working on an album right now,’ the spokesperson told MTV.

Hopefully this revelation will not slow his career as guitar instructor.
