Instead of embarking on an elaborate royal honeymoon immediately, Prince William and Kate Middleton -- now Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge -- are keeping it close to home, then he’s headed back to work.

‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen not to depart for a honeymoon immediately,’ the official royal wedding website announced Saturday. ‘Instead, after spending the weekend privately in the United Kingdom, The Duke will return to work as a Search and Rescue pilot next week.’

The announcement puts an end to speculation about where they might be jetting off to Saturday -- but where are the newlyweds, specifically?

If the Ministry knew, we’d tell you, but then we might have to kill you. The location is private, and they’d like to keep it that way. Additionally, the overseas destination for their future honeymoon will not be publicized in advance, the website said.

‘The Couple have asked that their privacy be respected during the coming weekend and during their honeymoon.’

Seems only fair, as they’ve recently been very graciously and extensively public.
