It would seem the principal cast of ‘Desperate Housewives’ -- Eva Longoria, Marcia Cross, Teri Hatcher and Felicity Huffman -- will have no problem paying their mortgages on Wisteria Lane.

Locked in contract negotiations since January, the actresses and network ABC have delayed the announcement of an eighth season for the prime-time soap. But they’ve cleared the way for a renewal, TV Line reports.

Both sides have reportedly agreed on handsome per-episode rates for the ladies for Season 8, with an option to extend for a ninth season.

Each of the women will earn up to $375,000 per episode, a figure padded with back-end cash and bonuses, TV Line reports.

The report also noted that Hatcher brokered her deal separately from the other three stars, consistent with the history of the show.
