Was Bill O’Reilly on ‘The View’ or ‘Jerry Springer’?

Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg stormed off the set of their own show Thursday after getting into an argument with guest O’Reilly over whether it would be appropriate to build a mosque near Ground Zero in New York.

‘You have just seen what should not happen. We should be able to have discussions without washing our hands and screaming and walking off stage,’ Barbara Walters commented while the walk-off applause subsided. ‘I love my colleagues, but that should not have happened.’

With only four people remaining on the couch, Walters took O’Reilly to task for what she saw as demeaning all Muslims -- he apologized to anyone who felt he’d done that -- and Elisabeth Hasselbeck then brought up using the word ‘terrorist’ versus ‘radical Islamist.’

Goldberg and Behar returned quietly before the end of the segment. Ladies and gentleman, next time would you please use your words first?
