Pop diva Christina Aguilera filed for divorce from music exec Jordan Bratman on Thursday, bringing a quick end to the will-they-or-won’t-they discussion that started Tuesday when their separation went public.

There is a prenup, TMZ reports, and Xtina is asking for joint physical and legal custody of 2-year-old son Max Liron Bratman. Aguilera also wants the court to nix any spousal support for the man she married in 2005.

The divorce filing indicates they’ve been separated since Sept. 11 -- about a week before Aguilera hopped a private jet with Nicole Richie and pals to celebrate Richie’s bachelorette weekend in Cabo San Lucas.
