Anna Kendrick, Amy Adams celebrate Elle’s ’25 at 25’

October is clearly a banner month for celebrating fabulous femmes.

On the heels of Variety’s recent Power of Women luncheon, Elle magazine had a bash Thursday evening in Los Angeles for its new portfolio celebrating women.

‘The Twilight Saga’ star Anna Kendrick showed in a cute red mini with a leather jacket, to schmooze alongside the event’s hosts: actress Aubrey Plaza, musician Amanda Blank and blogger/politico daughter Meghan McCain.

While McCain, in an Express jacket, toasted with Elle creative diretor Joe Zee, other luminaries such as Amy Adams (who enjoyed some quality time with her brother) caught photo selects from the Elle spread, which covered the likes of Megan Fox, Amanda Seyfried, Gabourey Sidibe and Lauren Conrad.

Stealing a bit of the female thunder was Armie Hammer, who breezed in with his wife. Hammer is getting rave reviews for playing twins Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss in David Fincher‘s ‘The Social Network.’
