Yes, you read that right -- actor Chris Klein pleaded no contest to DUI on Van Nuys on Friday, after he’d already served 96 hours in jail and done two months in rehab.

People reports that the four-day sentence, served in a private city jail, was a mandatory minimum because it was Klein’s second offense.

The ‘American Pie’ and ‘Election’ star was arrested early June 16 on the 101 Freeway, and entered rehab voluntarily days later.

‘I really appreciate that the court gave me the opportunity to prove how seriously I took all of this,’ he told the judge, People says.
