Lindsay Lohan gets punched in the face for her birthday

‘A waitress just hit me -- punched me for no reason,’ Lindsay Lohan wrote on Twitter around 1 a.m. Friday.
The now 24-year-old actress was out at the club Voyeur in West Hollywood, rolling over from the night before her July 2 birthday, when a server popped her, according to US Weekly. The mag cites a person in the know who says the alleged puncher had ‘a history’ with Doug Reinhardt, whom Lohan ‘was hanging out with’ at the club. Until, you know, he scooted to the other side of the booth to avoid the mess.
So clearly, on the twentysomething L.A. club scene, the answer to jealousy is ... Fight Club?
Whatevs.
The mag’s source also says that after Lohan left Voyeur for nearby Rockstar House (of course she would SCRAM), the waitress also appeared at the second destination, causing Lindsay to cry, which is sad ...
... because isn’t there a longstanding rule that if you cry at any point on your birthday, you don’t get your wish? Maybe that’s just at our house, and not at Rockstar House.
On the happy end of things, both clubs and Reinhardt, the guy who used to be photographed dating Paris Hilton, are getting their names mentioned in public Friday.
Lohan’s due in court Tuesday, where things might go better than last time -- TMZ says she’s made up those missed alcohol education classes and passed all drug tests.
