From dangerous water stunts to snapping scuba divers, actor Adam Scott had plenty a menace on the set of the forthcoming ‘Piranha 3D’ -- though the only thing that actually brought him down was a bacon double cheeseburger.

At Comic-Con this past weekend to promote ‘Piranha 3D’ with costars Jerry O’Connell and Kelly Brook, Scott told us that after-hours camaraderie at a Chili’s franchise led to a major inconvenience.

‘We had a lot of dinners,’ Scott said of the cast. ‘I had a double bacon cheeseburger at Chili’s, and I lost a tooth in it. My tooth!’

Though shooting at Arizona’s Lake Havasu left the cast with few fine-dining options, Scott has a good sense of humor about the incident.

‘I actually saw a Havasu dentist whose office was inside the Chili’s. They used barbecue sauce instead of Novocain,’ he said.

In addition to the tooth incident, Scott said he suffered a full-body breakout during filming.

‘I got a big rash from being in the lake too much, so I had to go to the doctor and put this weird cream all over my body,’ he said.

Given the damage those three-dimensional piranhas can do, we dare say he fared well.
