File this under ‘Best Boss Ever’: As a reward for all their hard work, Ryan Seacrest treated the staff of his morning radio show to Sunday night’s NBA Finals game in Los Angeles.

The ‘American Idol’ host scored seats at Staples Center for the game between the Lakers and the Boston Celtics. Though the home team didn’t prevail, Seacrest provided a private suite with food and drink for the showdown.

The Ministry has more sightings from around Hollywood, including a quiet brunch for California’s first couple. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver enjoyed a family meal with one of their daughters Sunday at the Backyard Restaurant at the W Hotel Westwood.

Another duo dined not far from the W on Thursday -- Barbra Streisand and husband James Brolin hit up the Napa Valley Grille. The couple came from Nora Ephron‘s play, ‘Love, Loss and What I Wore.’ Babs was spotted wearing black and snacking on seared tuna.

Moving from impeccable white linen to impeccably tended Bermuda grass, singer Melody Thornton (formerly of the Pussycat Dolls) sang the national anthem at an L.A. Dodgers game on Wednesday, fresh from presenting at the World Music Awards in the south of France.

Just a few days before the Dodgers dig, Thornton joined Carmelo Anthony of the Denver Nuggets for his birthday celebration at Philippe Chow. His girlfriend, La La Vasquez, hosted, and singer Ciara stopped by to toast him as well.

Playboy bunny Bridget Marquardt had reason to raise her glass -- she unveiled her namesake timepiece Wednesday at the L.A. showroom of jeweler Pascal Mouawad.

Speaking of quality time, all is well for married folks Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery. The couple recently hit Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, where they participated in Oakley’s Learn to Ride race car event.

[For the record, 3:05 p.m.: An earlier version of this post had Barbra Streisand’s first name misspelled as Barbara. Thanks to commenters for the catch.//cdz]
