In the stratosphere of teen stardom, where friends and lovers change as quickly as the courses of a Miley Cyrus and Justin Bieber sushi date, it’s nice to have constants like Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens.

Though they’re not the most buzzed-about pair since the ‘High School Musical’ franchise cooled, they’re still very much an item.

That’s the way it looks for Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera too. The ‘Hills’ couple, who reportedly hit a rough patch at the beginning of April, had a weekend lovefest for Patridge’s 25th birthday.

Starting in Las Vegas on Saturday, the pair kicked it at the Liquid pool lounge at the Aria Hotel & Casino, before jetting back to L.A. for a Sunday night bash at nightspot Las Palmas.

Alma tequila and Ty Ku cocktails flowed, and Cabrera donned mariachi gear and a guitar to serenade his beloved. It’s a Blooming Business provided floral arrangements for the birthday girl, who blew out candles on a cupcake tower from Sweet E’s Bake Shop.

While Audrina was scoring birthday love, it was the thought that counted for Avril Lavigne. A spy caught the rocker chick’s beau, Brody Jenner, bidding serious cash on jewelry for her at the Race to Erase MS gala in L.A. on Friday.

Our source saw Brody place a silent auction bid for a Pascal Mouawad diamond-and-opal heart necklace. He lost the prize, but we bet he gained some brownie points.
