Charlie Sheen gives Denise Richards full custody of their two kids

Charlie Sheen has given up joint legal custody of his two daughters with Denise Richards, TMZ reports, putting her in a position to make key decisions about Sam and Lola’s care without consulting him first.

This against a backdrop of legal, professional and personal challenges for Sheen, whose trial on domestic assault charges against current wife Brooke Mueller is set to begin in July. The two haven’t been living together for a while now, according to Access Hollywood.

As for speculation that Sheen and Mueller are on the verge of divorce -- Gawker revealed details of the couple’s prenup Tuesday -- reps for both said Monday that nobody’s divorcing anybody.
