The Jonas Brothers have been there, done that when it comes to Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards. But when it comes to the sound of the screaming girls?

‘That never gets old,’ Kevin Jonas said. ‘It’s amazing.’

Words of wisdom from the voices of experience: Yes on the cool shades -- a different style for each personality (and face shape); a big NO on, say, chugging five Red Bulls before the show.

Christie D’Zurilla is an assistant editor for entertainment news on the Fast Break team. A graduate of USC, she joined the Los Angeles Times in 2003 as a copy editor, started writing about celebrities in 2009 and has more than 34 years of journalism experience in Southern California.
