Jason Mesnick, ‘The Bachelor’ whose reality-TV selection of a life partner was fraught with more than a little drama, tied the knot with Molly Malaney on Saturday in Rancho Palos Verdes. It was perhaps only fitting that the day included a tsunami warning, a downpour and at least a couple of arrests.

‘American Idol’ alum Jason Castro performed ‘Somewhere Over the Rainbow’ as the bride walked down the aisle, Us Weekly reports, with various Bachelors and Bachelorettes in attendance.

Not surprisingly, Melissa Rycroft was not among the 250 guests.

Meanwhile, on the edges of the Terranea resort, security guards made a citizen’s arrest of two paparazzi -- part of a large group of photographers who were trying to get shots of the wedding.

The photographers were later booked by the L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies on suspicion of misdemeanor battery and unlawful blocking of a sidewalk.

You can see the wedding for yourself March 8 on ABC -- when your chances of getting arrested for eyeballing the nuptials will be considerably lower.
