Taylor Lautner: ‘Honored’ on red carpet, honored again inside Kids’ Choice Awards

We know, Taylor Lautner, it’s an honor just to be nominated. But winning is pretty cool too.

Before the favorite movie actor winner nabbed his prize at the Kids’ Choice Awards -- he was up against Zac Efron, Tyler Perry and Shia LaBeouf -- he acknowledged the competition.

‘It’s incredible to be in a category like I am tonight,’ he said on the red carpet. ‘I’m just -- I’m honored.’

He said he’s ready for ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ to hit theaters this summer, giving hints about the love triangle and the action.

‘I think this movie will be really good -- it’s my favorite book, so I’m really excited to see it, and for the fans to see it.’

What about those girls screaming for him overhead? ‘I guess they like ‘Twilight’ ’
