Whether you think Jennifer Aniston‘s opening weekend for ‘The Bounty Hunter’ was a triumph or a tank, the star is still churning out the romantic comedies -- today brings the trailer for her Jason Bateman pregnancy flick, ‘The Switch.’

The comedy costarring Jeff Goldblum and Patrick Wilson -- its working title was ‘The Baster’ -- is an insemination switcheroo that sees Aniston as Kassie, the mother of an adorable 7-year-old hypochondriac. She believes Wilson’s character Roland was her donor, even though Bateman’s Wally was the guy who provided what he so lovingly calls the ‘ingredient.’

(Yes, you just read the phrase, ‘insemination switcheroo.’ It’s a brave new world.)

The film was written by Allan Loeb, a fuzzier departure from his more serious fare like Halle Berry‘s ‘Things We Lost in the Fire’ and the upcoming Shia LaBeouf vehicle ‘Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.’
