Whether or not you observe Cupid’s annual coming-out party, there’s no denying the star power at last night’s celebration of Garry Marshall‘s new movie ‘Valentine’s Day.’

The huge ensemble cast for the love-centered flick attended the Hollywood premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theater, followed by an intimate bash afterward.

Jessica Biel rocked a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta number with flowing petals of pink fabric, though Justin Timberlake was nowhere to be seen. (Hmm -- she made it back in time after seeing Justin honored as Harvard’s Hasty Pudding man of the year last Friday.)

Still, the actress wasn’t short on conversation -- she had three girlfriends in tow, and chatted up costar Jennifer Garner.

Also sans her significant other, Mrs. Ben Affleck made the rounds, then headed back home to her daughters, Violet and Serpahina Rose, taking them specialty Crumbs cupcakes to-go.

Not to be outdone by their female counterparts ...

... including Jessica Alba and Anne Hathaway, the boys represented as well at the lovefest. Ashton Kutcher chatted up Topher Grace, pausing midway to appreciate Miley Cyrus’ ‘Party in the USA’ when it pumped over the speakers.

Wife Demi Moore stood by Ashton’s side in a white mini with aRoger Vivierclutch, along with her daughter Rumer Willis and Rumer’s boyfriend Micah Alberti.

Budding ‘Stretch Armstrong’ action hero Taylor Lautner showed face as well, giving all of his love to the score of ‘Twilight’ fans packed on the shut-down block of Hollywood Boulevard.
