Robert Pattinson will hit the ‘Remember Me’ red carpet in New York on March 1, Gossip Cop confirms.

The film’s nationwide release date isn’t until March 12, but Pattinson’s work with Uma Thurman and Christina Ricci in ‘Bel Ami,’ which starts filming next month in Paris, has put a crimp in his ability to jump from continent to continent.

Despite rumors last year that ‘Remember Me,’ costarring Emilie de Ravin, would open in France before its U.S. release, the film’s French distributor says it’ll be in theaters there April 7.

Pattinson recently discussed his attraction to the ‘Remember Me’ script, and what Pierce Brosnan brought to the table, in videos posted on the film’s Facebook page.

Incidentally, you can catch ‘Twilight’ tonight at 8 on Showtime.

Just sayin’ ...
