Report: Brooke Mueller in ICU; Charlie Sheen at hospital

Charlie Sheen has been spotted at the Sherman Oaks hospital where Brooke Mueller was admitted for complications following oral surgery, TMZ reports. She reportedly has a high fever and is being treated with antibiotics.

A hearing was to have been held today regarding changes to the restraining order that prevents him from contacting her since his Dec. 25 arrest on felony charges related to alleged domestic violence.

Brooke’s attorney requested yesterday that she be allowed to phone in her appearance at the hearing; that request was denied, and the hearing was delayed until Friday.
