It’s a baby boy for Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen!

Is he the most beautiful baby in the world, or just the most likely to win Super Bowl LXIX?

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have a new baby boy, born Tuesday night, and we imagine the kid is probably a little bit of both.

“Everyone’s great,” said the New England Patriots quarterback, who announced the birth today (they haven’t named the baby yet). “I didn’t get much sleep.”

Brady showed up 16 minutes late today for his weekly media availability at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., the Associated Press reported; asked what was new, he said it was “a normal week” and smiled.

Brady and supermodel Bundchen were married in February in Los Angeles in a small ceremony. In April, they held another wedding ceremony in Costa Rica for friends and family.

Brady also has a 2-year-old son, Jack, with actress Bridget Moynahan. Brady and Moynihan split late in 2006. Bundchen is a mother for the first time, no matter what she said to Vanity Fair.
And why did Tom think it was important to show up back at work so soon?

“I owe it to the guys in the locker room to really focus on what I need to do for this team,” the quarterback said, “and put all these emotions aside and kind of come in here with a great sense of determination on what we have to do as a team. So, as a captain and a leader of this team, the last thing they need from me is to be really not focused on the job at hand.

‘There’s plenty of things for me to really be doing here this week.”

Looks as if Giselle will be holding down the new-baby front for a bit -- there’s a home game Sunday and the Patriots, who lead their division by one game, have lost three of their last four.

The Ministry is pretty sure she can handle it.
