It’s a new year, and there’s a new LudoBites in a new location with a new reservation system. The eighth installment of Ludo Lefbvre’s pop-up restaurant will be at West L.A. cafe Lemon Moon for five weeks starting Wednesday, Jan. 18, and ending Wednesday, Feb. 22 (not open Saturdays and Sundays).

No details about the menu (a release says it will be finalized Jan. 18 at 6 p.m. -- the first night of service). A limited wine list curated by Domaine LA will be available (and there’s an $18 corkage fee).

An all-new reservations system will be handled via UrbanSpoon, a 24-hour lottery starting at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, and ending at 10:59 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12. Reservations will be randomly assigned and requests limited to one per valid phone number. If you don’t win a lottery reservation, there also will be six walk-in seats at the bar as well as patio seating (weather permitting) available each evening.
