This truly indulgent experience is $220 per person and $300 with wine pairings. Guests will be served a five-course menu (even dessert includes truffles): cream of cauliflower soup with white truffle; kobe beef tartare, topped with quail egg and white truffle; leek and sunchoke risotto with white truffle; wood-roasted scallops with white truffle; and chocolate fondant with white truffle gelato.
