Platine Cookies pastry-chef/owner Jamie Cantor is offering her second session of Cookie Camp on Aug. 17. Wine and dinner series: On Aug. 16, chef Wolfgang Puck will be presenting his second installment of ‘Food and Wine Evenings to Remember’ at WP24 restaurant in the Ritz Carlton downtown. He will be joined by Randy Lewis, owner of Lewis Cellars, a small production winery in Napa Valley. Dinner starts with passed appetizers followed by a five-course tasting menu. Pig roast and rosé: Dominick’s owners Warner Ebbink and chef Brandon Boudet are throwing a party on Saturday from 1 to 6 p.m. to celebrate the release of their summer wines, Dago Rosé and Dago White.
