Our recipes, your kitchen: White on Rice Couple spin Nancy Silverton’s focaccia

If you try any of the recipes from the Los Angeles Times Test Kitchen, we’d love to see the results so we can showcase them on our blog and occasionally in print. This image comes to us from food photographers Diane Cu and Todd Porter, better known in the blogosphere as the duo behind the popular food blog, White on Rice Couple.

They tackled the recipe that chef Nancy Silverton developed for us as part of our Master Class series, in which she shared her secrets to making the perfect focaccia bread. Todd and Diane put their own personalized spin on it by adding pork belly, roasted tomatoes and cipolline onions.
