We’re just a few days into summer and already we’re facing a blistering heat wave this holiday weekend. Well, the L.A. Times Test Kitchen would like to do it’s part to help.

We’re culling our archives for no-bake recipe ideas, including this blueberry fool on a berry fruit salad.

We’ll post one a day this summer until ... we run out of no-bake recipes or you get tired of this sweet excess. (Feel free to let us know in the comments section when you’ve had enough.)
