This photo comes to us from Naomi Howland of Claremont. She tackled Food Editor Russ Parsons’ Easter recipe for a leg of lamb stuffed with greens, feta and pine nuts. She reports backs: “The roast lamb was a hit with my family.” She also offers up this bit of advice: ”Next time I would make more of the stuffing, bake it and serve it on the side, we liked it so much. The lamb was delicious too. And the recipe was easy to do.”
