Your Test Kitchen recipe for the day: Orange dinner rolls

I don't know about you, but I'm officially done with this cold, wet weather. Unfortunately, we're going to get more of it before it goes away. So how about something cozy? Today's recipe from the L.A. Times Test Kitchen is: Orange dinner rolls.

I can personally vouch for these. I helped Times Test Kitchen Manager Noelle Carter test them. (And by "test" I mean that I ate about two dozen and told her how good they were.)
