After a soft opening with a menu of small bites, the decidedly un-sci-fi Barbarella Bar in Silver Lake unveiled a full menu late last week featuring a variety of large and small plates created by chef Lance Corralez. The latter are priced between $8 and $10 and include disparate items such as hummus, Thai mussels, popcorn shrimp and arugula salad. The former run from $8 to $21 and include macaroni and cheese, an organic beef burger, Scottish salmon and braised short ribs.
