An estimated 792,660 ballots have yet to be processed in Los Angeles County, elections chief Dean Logan said Wednesday.

Those include so-called provisional ballots plus mail-in ballots received by the time the polls closed Tuesday but not early enough to be counted election night.

Logan said almost 2.4 million ballots were counted on election night. Election results, plus a schedule of updates during the canvass period, can be found at lavote.net.

Counties have until Dec. 4 to finish their ballot counts. The updated tallies could make a difference in very close races.
