Candidates made their final pitch to voters Monday, as California prepares for some of its tightest political races in decades.

If you haven’t voted by mail already, polls will be open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. If you’re not sure where your polling place is, you can find it online with a little help from Google.

Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jerry Brown wound up his campaign with a stop in Oakland after a marathon three-day tour of the state. Republican Meg Whitman was in Orange County on her final day of campaigning.

In addition to the races for governor, U.S. Senate and legislative and congressional seats, there are also nine initiatives on Tuesday’s ballot. The backers of Proposition 19 say, win or lose, they have sparked a debate about marijuana legalization.
