Jerry Brown released a new campaign ad Wednesday, focusing on what it calls Meg Whitman’s ‘loose relationship with the truth.’ The quote comes from the San Jose Mercury News’ endorsement of Brown, which was published earlier this week. The editorial states that Whitman ‘utterly lacks the qualifications to be governor.’ Brown’s new ad is the latest negative ad in what has been an acrimounious gubernatorial campaign.
