Carly Fiorina criticized the Obama administration again for failing to secure the federal borders.

‘However much money is being spent, the facts are clear: The border is not secure,’ she said. Fiorina said sheriffs in California have told her ‘the drug war has reached California.’

She said the failure to secure the border was a ‘matter of political will.’ Fiorina called again for a temporary worker program for agriculture and restaurant workers. She said Boxer was ‘the deciding vote that destroyed the guest worker program.’

Fiorina refused numerous times to talk about what she would do about the estimated 12 million undocumented immigrants who are currently in the country.
