The Consumer Product Safety Commission has found a goldmine of recall and warning opportunities in child-related products. The latest recall is of Graco’s Harmony highchairs -- approximately 1.2 million of them to be exact.

Apparently the screws holding up the front legs can loosen -- and the chair can tip. Or the plastic bracket on the rear legs can crack -- and the chair can tip.
