EGYPT: Military leader tours presidential palace

Tantawi Egypt's defense minister and head of the Higher Military Council, Mohamed Hussein Tantawi, toured outgoing President Hosni Mubarak's presidential palace Friday, Al Arabiya television reported.

Protesters had gathered outside the palace before Mubarak stepped down.
