Spirit Awards: 'The Kids Are All Right' wins best screenplay

 

Stuart Blumberg and Lisa Cholodenko won the Film Independent Spirit Award for best screenplay for their script for "The Kids Are All Right," the film about what happens to a lesbian couple's relationship when their teenage children contact the women's sperm donor.
