Train won the Grammy Award for pop performance by a duo or group with vocals. The San Francisco-based group beat Maroon 5, Paramore, Sade and the cast of “Glee” for the award. The band has previously won Grammys for rock song and instrumental arrangement accompanying vocalist(s) for 2002’s “Drops Of Jupiter (Tell Me),’ and were nominated for record of the year, song of the year and rock performance by a duo or group with vocal for the same song. They were also nominated for this award and rock song for 2004’s “Calling All Angels.”
