January 27, 2010 | 11:36 am

Emmy winner Seth MacFarlane will host the 2010 Writers Guild Awards (WGA) West Coast ceremony on Feb. 20.

The creator of the pop culture juggernaut and Emmy nominee "Family Guy" and co-creator of "American Dad" and "The Cleveland Show" will preside over the recognition of the year's best writing in film, television, animation and video games, as well as lifetime achievement awards to Barry Levinson and Larry David.

“I’m honored and humbled to be chosen as host of the WGAW awards," MacFarlane said in a statement. "I look forward to catching up with my strike buddies from 2007, and making some new strike buddies for 2011."
