Lady Gaga apparently plans to hit the catwalk at Paris Fashion Week in support of her friend and stylist Nicola Formichetti, according to a note posted to her Twitter feed, which read: ‘I’m making my debut as a runway model, walking in the MUGLER PARIS FASHIONSHOW 3/2. I directed the show music, previewing Government Hooker.’

Gaga’s music -- but not the singer herself -- was in the house at at the Mugler menswear show in mid-January, the first runway collection to be shown with Formichetti as creative director.

Formichetti, a longtime stylist and collaborator with Gaga, has helped shape some of the entertainer’s more distinctive looks (including that infamous meat dress), and was named to the post at Thierry Mugler (now simply ‘Mugler’) in September.

The show is scheduled for Wednesday at 9:30 p.m. CST / 12:30 p.m. Pacific. [Updated 6:50 a.m. 3/2/11] Apparently, the show will stream live through the Mugler Facebook page, which can be accessed by clicking here.
