The number of tanorexics who hit the red carpet at Sunday’s Golden Globe awards was considerably less than in previous years. It seems like stars are finally realizing that oompa loompa orange is not a becoming look, even if the rest of you is perfect.

But celebs would never step out in front of the world looking pale either, (unless you’re Nicole Kidman and your porcelain complexion looks better than a sun kissed mug any day) and some of them turn to self tanning. Enter St. Tropez self tanning products, or as the London-based brand refers to it: “skin finishing.” Colin Firth, Toni Collette, Katie Cassidy, Angela Kinsey and Guiliana Rancic all received “skin finishing” treatments from St. Tropez’s VIP skin finishing expert Fiona Locke before shimmying into their awards show duds. “If you finish your hair, makeup and wardrobe, why wouldn’t you finish your skin?” says Locke in a statement. “St. Tropez’s Custom Body Finish also provides contouring and definition of the muscle tones, so it is an absolute must.”
