Wasteland Clothing, one of L.A.’s most beloved secondhand stores, is officially opening its fourth location -- in Burbank -- on Friday.

The new 5,800-square-foot store was designed by New York-based creative services firm Pompei A.D. and echoes the industrial-loft feel of the retailer’s three existing stores -- in L.A., Santa Monica and San Francisco.

The bold facade features scored concrete and reclaimed wood, while inside, 35-foot ceilings are framed by factory-style brick walls. It’s unfussy and easy to navigate -- which is exactly what you want when digging for sartorial treasure.

The outpost features packed racks of Wasteland’s usual fare -- gently used and true-blue vintage duds, often bearing designer labels -- but also boasts a selection of books on fashion, art and design.

Sign up on the retailer’s Facebook page to print out a 15%-off coupon that’s good through Dec. 31.

Wasteland Clothing, 325 N. San Fernando Blvd., Burbank. (818) 842-4900. Open Sunday, noon to 9 p.m.; Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (Buying hours are noon to 6 p.m. every day.)
