Nigerian Afro-beat musician Femi Kuti arrived at the Hollywood Bowl Sunday, with veteran musician Rafael Saadiq and up-and-comer Santigold. While the trio of acts brought danceable rhythms to the outdoor venue, photographer Tara Godvin was on the hunt for another art form -- street fashion.
