Why: The fitted bodice and pencil skirt scream, ‘I am Joan Holloway. Hear me purr.’ A boatneck collar -- which heightens your neck -- and elbow sleeves are classic 1960s accents. Even better, it grazes just above the knee and will mate perfectly with a pair of ballet slippers or killer pumps.
