From the Digg files: fun with plane dissection

This seeming geometric paradox is making the rounds on Digg right now.  If you're skeptical about how 64 can equal 65, you need only read the explanation (and use the interactive Applet) here. Wow, I have neither read nor used the word Applet in several years. Takes me back to a simpler but less efficient time.
