Google App Engine means Google will carry your load

Google is announcing its App Engine tonight (the link goes live at 9PDT). This is a sign that we're moving toward a future where developers won't have to worry about which computer their software is going to run on --€” you'll just let Internet deities take care of that and worry your geeky little head about what your program is actually going to do (until Google's Idea Engine gets released, that is).
