One of the biggest terms being tweeted today is the phrase ‘Prop 19.’ Apparrently Twitter is abuzz with the possibility of California legalizing the herbal buzz.

Early exit polls are showing that the vote is split. However, Rob Bailey overheard something funny and biting. Sort of sounds like something one of the late night talk show hosts should have said.
