The rally at USC is aimed at energizing voters for the midterm election. Ozomatli and Jamie Foxx are scheduled to perform at the rally, which has moved to a larger space on the campus to accommodate crowds. Democratic candidate for governor Jerry Brown and Sen. Barbara Boxer also will be in attendance.
