David Gregory kept at it with baked-to-a crisp Boehner while still calling him, "Leader" throughout the whole interview on Meet the Press. The greatest thread was the discussion about ending the "tax breaks for the wealthy" which Boehner considers raising taxes. If you are ending a special program how can that be raising taxes? You are just ending a subsidy to people who don't need it. Anyway, Gregory asked if continuing this tax break was self supporting or would it increase the deficit. Of course there was no answer from Boehner because the answer is, of course it would raise the deficit.
